Soil type : Gravelly soil and terraces of clay-limestone

Cultivation : Gobelet training system for the old Carignan, double Cordon de Royat system for the other varieties

Grape varieties : Carignan noir from old vines, vinified whole: 40% Carignan noir destemmed, traditional vinification methods: 15% Syrah destemmed, traditional vinification methods: 30% Grenache noir destemmed, traditional vinification methods: 15%

Cuvee Saveurs d'Automne


Vinification : The different grape varieties are vinified separately and blended after the first winter racking. The wine is then aged for a minimum of one year in a closed vat.

Serving suggestions : The Cuvee Saveurs d'Automne is ready to drink or can be kept for about 5 years. Serve between 15-17°to accompany red meats, game, shoulder of lamb, meat in sauces, roast meats, filet of duck breast, delicatessen meats, cheeses, desserts with red fruits...
