Domaine de Mougin 2017

 

Vinification : The different grape varieties are vinified separately and blended after the first winter racking. The wine is clarified, aged in close vats and bottled for marketing.

Serving suggestions : The Domaine de Mougin 2016 should be served between 15 and 17° but can be served cooler in the hotter summer months. Drink when young to fully appreciate the fruit aromas or keep for 3 to 4 years. Goes well with red meat, grilled or in sauces, delicatessen meats, white meats, cheeses, desserts, salads composed of red fruits...
