Cuvee Tradition 2015


Vinification : The different grape varieties are vinified separately and blended after the first winter racking. The wine is then aged for a minimum of one year in a closed vat.

Serving suggestions : The Cuvee Tradition 2014 is ready to drink as it is fruit-driven or can be kept for 5 about years. Serve between 15-17° to accompany grilled or roasted red meats, game, shoulder of lamb, meat in sauces, delicatessen meats, cheeses...
