Cultivation : Gobelet training system for the old Carignan, double Cordon de Royat system for the other varieties

Grape varieties : Carignan noir from old vines, vinified whole: 20 % Carignan noir destemmed, traditional vinification methods: 25% Syrah destemmed, traditional vinification methods: 40% Grenache noir destemmed, traditional vinification methods: 15 %

Cuvee Tradition 2015

 

Vinification : The different grape varieties are vinified separately and blended after the first winter racking. The wine is then aged for a minimum of one year in a closed vat.

Serving suggestions : The Cuvee Tradition 2014 is ready to drink as it is fruit-driven or can be kept for 5 about years. Serve between 15-17° to accompany grilled or roasted red meats, game, shoulder of lamb, meat in sauces, delicatessen meats, cheeses...
