Soil type : Gravelly soil and terraces of clay-limestone

Cultivation : Gobelet training system for the old Carignan, double Cordon de Royat system for the other varieties

Grape varieties : 60% Grenache blanc 40% Vermentino 20% of the wine oaked

Cuvee Tradition Blanc 2016

 

Vinification : The wine is kept at 7 degrees for 48 hours. 10g/hl of yeast is added and the temperature is brought up to 15 degrees, the temperature at which fermentation takes place. Once alcoholic fermentation has taken place, the wine is racked a first time, followed by a second time at the beginning of December. The wine is blended and clarified at the end of January, then filtered and prepared for bottling
