Cuvee Speciale 2016

 

Vinification : The different grape varieties are vinified separately and blended after the first winter racking. The wine is then aged for a minimum of one year in a closed vat.

Serving suggestions : The Cuvee Speciale 2014 can be drunk young as it is fruit-driven or can be kept 4 to 5 years. Serve between 15-17 degree to accompany red meats in sauce or roasted, game, roast quail, shoulder of lamb or lamb cutlets with rosemary, delicatessen meats, soft cheeses, red fruit tarts...
